I’ve been in the construction industry for over 33 years, but my passion for the work started long before my first job. As a kid, I’d ride my bike down the street just to watch crews working with heavy equipment. I also spent countless hours tagging along with my dad, a heavy-duty mechanic, watching him repair all kinds of machines. Those experiences sparked my love for equipment and the trades, and by the time I was 16, I was already working my first pipe-laying job.
